FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow do I book a tour with you? Fill in our Shore Excursion Booking Form and we’ll give you a quote and get you booked in asap. This can also be done by using the ENQUIRE NOW button under each section below.
How will I find my tour guide-driver on the day? Each port is different, not all allow tour guides to come in right next to the ship. Some are tendered in so please remember the specific instructions given for each one. All drivers however, will have your name on a signboard?
What if I still cannot find my driver? We recommend we grab your contact details and like to send you a text or email reminder the day before. We understand you may not have internet or may encounter technical issues reaching us. Please lookout for your name on a signboard, where you see where all or most tour guide-drivers will be standing.
Can you drop us off at a hotel, another out of town address or airport after our tour? We sure can, please let us know when you book with us.
Will I be back in time for my ship’s departure? Yes. We have an on-time return guarantee for peace of mind. We will always let you know on your email enquiry, if your request is too risky for us to take your Itinerary. Around our peak season and busiest cities like Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, please be mindful of peak hour traffic, road accidents or roadworks. We will always inform you as best as possible on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation or variation of the Services by the Client, the following policy will apply:
Cancellation of all Short Term Tours and/or Transfer Services made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged at 70% of the total quoted rate.
Cancellation or variation of any Services within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged at the full quoted rate (including if the Client releases the Company's driver/vehicle before the end of the booking period after the relevant journey has commenced);
All deposits that need a refund will have a non-refundable admin fee of NZD$100. This fee covers the costs of handling the refund request and the time spent assisting you with your booking.
